Engage in the Wildfire Editorial Experience
WANTED: Energetic fire professionals committed to ensuring Wildfire magazine contains quality content. We are taking applications for two positions: 1) the Editorial Advisory Board and 2) Contributing Editors.
The Editorial Advisory Board works to identify topics of interest and find experts willing to write on that subject matter. A high level of commitment is required as EAB members are required to actively participate on a monthly conference call, review articles submitted and work with authors to strengthen their articles. This position serves a two-year period beginning in Jan. 2012.
The Contributing Editor position requires individuals who are widely connected and willing to reach out and help secure at least three interesting articles a year from around the globe. This position serves a one-year term beginning in Jan. 2012.
In addition, all are encouraged to support IAWF's expanding online communication initiatives, via www.wildfireworld.org.
